Gurvikdal Havfiskesenter

Hütte und Ferienwohnung | Frøya, out at sea west of Trondheim and overlooking the Atlantic, is a natural gem with incredible fishing. Here we find Gurvikdal Deep-sea Fishing Centre, set in idyllic surroundings in Straumøyvågen, known for its large drifts of cod during the spring.

The centre has a filleting room, fishing tackle shop, sauna and hot tub, together with an impressive, maritime furnished common room on the sea front.

We offer fishing from aluminium boats with 40 hp outboard motors, echo sounder, electric start and steering console. The boats are assigned to our eight cosy apartments, all of which have wireless internet. You can also book deep-sea fishing trips on the big boat “Øyvær,” or take part in the seal hunt. The fishing season lasts from 1 April to 15 September.
